The community members, selected from users, fans, artists, and fan token holders, play a crucial role in the governance and management of the community. They can participate in key decision-making processes, such as selecting new members, determining the lock period for liquidity pools, and setting policies related to tokens. This participatory structure helps increase democracy within the community and prevents the concentration of power in the hands of one person or a specific group. The election of community members by fan token holders has a significant impact on the community.

These elections help to increase engagement and interaction between fans, artists, and fan token holders, allowing the community to operate in a decentralized manner. Additionally, this structure allows community members to easily share their opinions and ideas with others and to be involved in important decision-making processes.

Every three months, the top ten addresses holding the most PNRT tokens in a single address are selected, and they have different capabilities and roles. For example, community members can decide how long the accounts of offenders will be freeze blacklisted. They can also decide the duration for which the platform tokens will be locked in the second period, which currently has one million tokens locked until 2029/12/4.

Community members can also decide whether there is a need to mint or add more tokens after the last token release, which, as of now, no additional tokens will be added until 2029/4/4. The decisions and polls related to community members can be viewed through the token’s social networks, website, or published articles. The first selection period for these members starts on 2024/12/4, during which these ten members are chosen. After the first three-month period, another ten top addresses will be selected for the second period, and so on, to determine the community members in each period.

A total of two million PNRT tokens have been allocated to community members, which will be distributed among the members in each period. These tokens will be awarded across 22 periods to the top ten fan token holders who play a significant role in token decision-making, platform policies, and artist-related matters. The PNRT token and community members not only give fans more power in decision-making processes but also help to strengthen the sense of community and solidarity among members. This participatory structure encourages a dynamic and active community where all members can contribute to the growth and development of the community.
